Treatment of anxiety or depression (e.g., prenatal anxiety/postpartum depression) typically involves developing coping skills and processing core negative beliefs. For this, you can expect that we might use things like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy. For the treatment of Trauma or PTSD, we offer Narrative Therapy. Many clients also request Christian Counseling to be implemented throughout treatment.

Superbills
If Harmony is currently out-of-network with your insurance provider, a superbill may be an option for you as you wait. After payment is made for your counseling session, you may be eligible to submit a statement to your insurance provider for partial or full reimbursement. This statement is called a “superbill”. If you’d like a superbill emailed to you after each counseling session, please let Rachel know. It’s recommended that you call your insurance provider to verify if you are eligible for “out-of-network mental health services”. You can ask your insurance provider the following questions: Am I eligible for out-of-network outpatient mental health services? What is my deductible or co-insurance responsibility for out-of-network outpatient mental health services? Do I need a referral from an in-network provider? How do I submit statements (“superbill”) for reimbursement?
